We have been working with Plexa since the beginning of 2021, they helped us define our branding strategy to enable us to understand our business goals, they take a big-picture approach, making sure the foundations of the business/product are solid before jumping into creative side of things.
We also worked closely with Plexa throughout the redesign of our website. We demanded a lot from the redesign and I’m pleased to say they brought our ideas to reality. Plexa really bought into our company ethos and the tone we were aiming towards for the website. This helped tremendously when it came to suggesting improvements to our ideas – they were either exactly what we wanted or prompted discussions to fine tune the designs to our needs. Before working with the team at Plexa, I’d been through a number of false starts with my website and content marketing. From doing it all myself, to paying other website agencies lots of money for very little in return, I’d become very frustrated.
